This policy explains how A2O LITE AI Dance handles information when you use a2oliteaidance.com. For privacy requests, contact support@a2oliteaidance.com.
Information we collect
We process your uploaded photos, including the faces of people in them, generated video, job status, checkout email, order identifiers, credit balance and payment status. We also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses, request logs, browser session identifiers and bot-verification results. Upload a photo of a person only with that adult's agreement, and do not include minors or personal documents in any photo.
Local storage and access
A selected photo is kept in your browser before generation and may remain there for convenience. Clear site data in your browser to remove that local copy. Necessary browser storage and cookies keep track of your session, videos and credits. Email codes and limited-use links help restore access on another device. Anyone who obtains a working video or sign-in link may be able to access its associated content, so keep those links private.
Why we use information
We use the information to generate and deliver your video, process orders, maintain credits, restore access, send transactional emails, handle support and refunds, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, these activities rely on fulfilling your request or purchase, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, legal obligations, or consent when consent is required. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and payments
Seedance 2.5 receives the photos and reference material needed to generate the video. Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, storage and transactional email infrastructure. Waffo Pancake and its payment partners process checkout, payment and tax information; we receive the order and payment status needed to provide credits and support. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Provider processing and retention are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and processing may occur outside your country.
Retention
Our uploaded photo files are scheduled for deletion 7 days after upload; generated videos are scheduled for deletion 30 days after creation. Download the videos you want to keep. Provider-side retention may differ. Order, credit and necessary support or security records may be retained longer to provide access, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Information required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes may need to be retained after a deletion request.
Emails and analytics
We send transactional messages such as requested access codes, order information, video-ready notifications and failure notices. Customer support mail is handled through the site's support address. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site; it receives your IP address and information about your browser and device, and is never used for advertising. It runs in Google Consent Mode: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask first, and until you accept it sets no cookies and only receives cookieless measurements with no identifier stored on your device. Elsewhere analytics cookies are on by default. You can accept or decline at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or object to certain uses of your information. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing and complain to your local data protection authority. Email support@a2oliteaidance.com from your checkout address; we may verify ownership before responding. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to applicable legal time limits and exceptions.
Security, children and updates
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure. This service is intended for adults, and photos of children are not permitted. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will update this page when our practices change and show the current version date.
